  I purchased (4) rechargeable batteries for my telephone remote handset. Two were weak and did not activate the handset. I assumed it was a failure of the handset as the other two performed well. I visited the Lake Zurich IL store to ask if they could advise me. They tested the batteries in question and found them to be weak. I received a replacement packet of batteries at no charge.
