  At my last (which was my first!) appointment, I paid my deductible and assumed that was all I had to pay. Then I received my EOB from my insurance company and from that I was led to believe i still owed a remaining balance. I never received an additional bill so I was expecting to pay that at my next appointment. To my surprise, when I went in a couple days ago I was pleasantly surprised to find the I did not owe any additional balance and it was explained that the office and dentist goes to bat for you with the insurance company prior to sending out any additional bills! What a wonderful service!! Doctor and staff are wonderful, pleasant and caring. Office is modern and clean! So glad I made the switch. Would definitely recommend this office to anyone! Thank you Diamond Dental!
