  If the would be a 0 starts, I would give 0. They didn't even deserve a one star. Our mortgage was sold to them, so disappointing and frustrating. They are extremely hard to work with. Every time you call them, different person says a different thing on the same matter. And on top of it, the matter was never resolved and they don't even care to try to resolve it. So unprofessional, and they don't know what they are doing. if you can refinance your mortgage with someone else. That's what we are going to to. Such a disappointment.!!!!!!!!!
