  Please read it concerns bank may have been HACKED. Yesterday, Saturday, 1/13/18 we had this exasperating experience which needs to be shared with the customers or potential customers of MB Financial. I waited a day prior to posting to make certain I wanted to post and it not be an emotional post. I waited and I do. Be most careful with your money in this bank. I believe they may have been HACKED. We discovered 4 unauthorized withdrawals on our account. Andrew, the assistant bank manager would not even acknowledge that as a possibility (I got and eye roll and a “t”) while saying the bank isn't responsible for the withdrawals. The reason given is because they were done online (head slap). The feeling is Andrew lacks customer service skills, negotiating skills, resolution skills, is also confrontational and hostile with a customer, at the same time, cowardly. He called the police (his only resolution skill I believe) when I wouldn't accept his answer that the bank has no responsibility for the withdrawals. I don’t have a temper but I do lack tolerance for stupidity and ignorance. We withdrew retirement savings, approx. $200,000 (before any other money went missing), and deposited it in Chase. It’s apparent and the evidence is their security is lacking. We’re still approximately $1,100 dollars short for the unauthorized withdrawals. We were told it will be sent to us. We'll have to wait and see on that. How Andrew ever got to be in any type of authoritative position and put in front of customers is beyond me but, it occurred to me, it is well known if you work in a bank you’re automatically and assistant manager. Frankly and honestly, I don’t think he has the skill set to work at any other banking institution other than MB. Who, apparently, have lower qualifications? I will make my concern about MB Financial being HACKED, as well as the rock bottom customer service I have encountered in many decades, via other social platforms i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and others.
